Finished for just over a year in a rare 60+ year old Muscat cask, the 2022 Winter Release developed remarkable depth and complexity.

The nose opens with poached pears, cinnamon, and cloves, unfolding into delicate floral notes and seasoned oak. On the palate, it takes you on a journey from sweet shortbread and festive mince pies through to rich malt, warming oak and gentle spice, before the spirit reveals itself late. The experience culminates in a long, satifsfying finish of raisin, oak, and white pepper, leaving a lasting impression that invites another sip.
