We are visiting from Melbourne so we took our kids as well and not only was the tour and whisky tasting a great experience, the venue is also very kid friendly. The staff were absolutely wonderful and catered to our kids dietary needs. Special shoutout to Halley who was very attentive. “I highly recommend a visit to this distillery! I booked the guided tour with lunch for my partner and I, and we were both so glad that we did. Connor was an amazing guide - thank you so much! Old Kempton is a distillery with so much history and there's so much to learn about the property and its history. We enjoyed seeing the production process and also the little tastes of whiskey along the way. Lunch was a beautiful charcuterie board, and went so well with the drams of whiskey. We also had lunch here and the house whisky beef pie was so delicious 🤤 Great value for money, would return on our next visit to Tasmania. We purchased the 10 year old whisky to take home, smooth whisky and nice lingering flavour.
