Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.

Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. We will only reimburse the postage cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

All orders must be returned to us in their original condition, including all packaging. Old Kempton Distillery is not liable for any damages that occur during transit back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will refund or exchange your item(s) once we have received the item back in an unopened, brand-new condition.
