We use locally grown barley, and water from the Central Highlands to craft a Single Malt Whisky that is shaped by the people, land and climate of Tasmania. Every bottle we produce captures a small part of the Southern Midlands to share with drinkers locally and around the world.

Our house-style is built around a bright and elegant spirit that maintains the rich biscuity malt character of Tasmanian grown barley and the bright fruity and floral flavours created through fermentation. This spirit is matured in our onsite bond stores where the rapid changes in temperature driven by our inland location and the distinct Tasmanian seasons drive the spirits interaction with the oak.
