A luxurious style of Single Malt Whisky, the Solera Cask was first filled in 2018 with a collection of mature Australian Tawny casks. With each batch we only bottle half the volume of this 500L Portuguese Port Cask before adding more, already mature, whisky back into the cask. With each batch we build a further layer of complexity to the ongoing story of this whisky.
