The Lavender Malt is made by steeping dried lavender into our new make malt spirit. This produces a beautiful floral aroma and distinctive lavender flavour paired with the biscuity malt of our spirit. We then sweeten with a house-made sugar syrup and colour with butterfly pea flower to create a vibrant floral liqueur perfect for use in cocktails or as a straight sipping liqueur.
