Ellis Reserve Gin 40% 050ml

The Reserve Gin is aged for a short period of time in a French Oak cask. The time in cask isn't designed to 'mature' the gin in the same way we would a whisky, rather, the cask is matched with the gin so the delicate spice compliments the botanicals of the gin while the oak tannins provide greater structure and a more buttery texture. The result is a complex style of gin ideal for negronis, martinis, or as a straight sipping gin.
